Do we need server-side tracking?

If you spend on ads and care about iOS / Safari users · yes. Client-side tracking is steadily breaking. Server-side restores attribution and gives you data you can actually trust for budget decisions.

Which analytics tool should we use?

GA4 covers most needs and is free. Mixpanel / Amplitude shine for product analytics. We'll recommend based on what you're trying to learn · not on what we have certifications in.

How is CRO different from running A/B tests?

CRO starts with research · what's actually blocking conversions in your funnel. Tests are just one tool. Half the time the best CRO win is fixing a broken form, not testing a button colour.

Will this work without a developer on our side?

Yes. We handle the implementation and document everything. If you have a dev, we'll work with them. If not, we ship and hand off.
