Native iOS & Android, or cross-platform React Native · your call. Product discovery, design, engineering, store submission and post-launch sprints. Shipped in weeks, iterated weekly.
Mobile is brutal. The bar for first-run UX is set by Instagram, Spotify and Uber. If your app feels slow, asks for too much, or shows you an empty screen on first open, you've already lost.
We design and build apps that respect the user from second one · fast onboarding, no dark patterns, real value before any signup. Then we instrument everything and iterate weekly.
Every engagement scopes from this checklist · pick what you need, leave what you don't.
Week 1–2. Product spec, user research, technical scoping. You get a written brief, a clickable prototype, and a realistic timeline.
Week 2–5. Design system, screens, motion · all in Figma, with weekly stakeholder reviews.
Week 5–14. Two-week sprints. TestFlight / Internal Track builds for every sprint. Live demos every Friday.
Final weeks. App Store & Play Store submission, ASO, marketing-launch support. Weekly release cadence afterwards if you stay on retainer.
Depends on your team and the app's needs. Native (Swift / Kotlin) is best for heavy hardware features or peak performance. React Native is faster to ship and cheaper to maintain if you're not pushing the OS hard. We'll recommend honestly on the intro call.
12–16 weeks for a v1 with login, core flow, payments and notifications. Faster if scope is tighter, longer if backend complexity is high. We give a written estimate after the discovery week.
Yes. We handle store listings, screenshots, review responses, and rejection handling. You keep ownership of the developer accounts throughout.
We can build it, integrate yours, or work with your backend team. We're comfortable with Node, Go, Supabase, Firebase, AWS · whatever fits.
Share the product idea, the user you have in mind, and what success looks like in 90 days. We'll come back with a real plan, not a slide deck.
